    DABANGG 2 BOX OFFICE Latest Update

    The magic figure finally arrived... its # 21 crore domestic collection on friday first day..

    the highest opening record for a non holiday... Dabangg-2 reviews are mixed but film's collection will rise on saturday-sunday and first weekend should end-up at around 70 crore nett..

    1) This year Salman fever seems to be on its peak as the biggest opening of the year( with biggest first day collections and highest first weekend collection numbers ) was also a Salman Khan film (ETT) Released earlier this year.

    2) The advance booking collections of salman films are also the highest among fellow actors all this year.

    3) Dabangg 2 is set for the biggest first day and weekend collection numbers in domestic and even overseas markets as other major releases of fellow actors were somewhat below expectations.

    4) this film was promoted very well and it has all the ingredients(including item songs by kareena and malaika)to be an early winner at box office.

    5) popularity of salman khan, opening expections and prediction for this salman khan film are high both in single screens and multiplexes alike. interiors as well as metros are expected to report house full packed houses alike.

    6) All other major actors including shah rukh, akshay, ajay devgn and even aamir khan had big releases this year( JTHJ, khiladi786 and SOS, talaash) but all of them (yes including srk and aamir khan) didn't manage to come close to the Ek tha Tiger collections so this year with Dabanng 2, only salman has the opportunity to break the year's highest grosser record of his own film ETT.

    SALMAN KHAN is today's true superstar of masses..

    The journey Salman started with WANTED(2009) Is just getting more fuel and pace, as riding on his huge fan base and the affection by his die-heart and ever growing fan following seems to be becoming so dominating at the box-office, that SALMAN KHAN has become almost the third (and the only one) superstar after AMITABH BACHCHAN...and these are not mere words.. his recent films' openings, grossings and collections speak about his achievements as all these films like WANTED, DABANNG, READY and EK THA TIGER GOT Such huge openings at box office that the new term "100 crore club" was coined for his films which have set new milestones for all other fellow actors of today's times..

TALAASH early shows are housefull all over..Multiplexes of metro cities are exceptionally well..initial reports are very good and calling the film 'gripping', 'compelling' and a brilliant watch.. riding on positive reviews and word of mouth TALAASH will pick up collections on saturday-sundays and the coming week will also be very good

This week's major release update - Aamir khan's films are generally considered good quality and this film's story is still a well guarded secret so opening will be good but not a very big one as promotions are also limited.Talaash is expected to collect 9-13 crore on opening day at domestic box office.

SOS 10 days total collections have crossed rs. 80 crore while JTHJ just fell short of 100 crore mark in its 10 days weekend

This Month's Major Clash at Box Office:- JTHJ vs SOS both films opened to full packed houses..Reports are mixed for both films..Bumper opening ensures both films are superhits..SOS is doing better in single screens/interiors of north india..JTHJ is doing well in multiplexes/Metros and is better in central, south india and west bengal ..SOS first weekend total collections are around rs. 70 crore while JTHJ just fell short of 100 crore mark in its first weekend..both films suffered collection drops in Mumbai and Maharashtra on Saturday-sunday..

Student of the Year got very good opening in metros and multiplexes... single screens and interiors are also good...Reviews and reports are also more on positive side....This film is atleast a hit...
